Return is the average move of that filer's disclosed purchases over the 90 days after each trade, equally weighted; vs SPY is that same average minus SPY, the S&P 500 ETF, over the same days. Both, and win rate, need at least five scored purchases, and all three are blank where we hold no price history for the stock. Volume is estimated from the disclosed amount brackets, which is the only figure a filing gives. Cómo se calcula esta estimación
Reconstruimos la cartera a partir de las operaciones que el político ha declarado. Una compra entra al precio de cierre de su fecha de transacción, dimensionada por el punto medio del tramo de importe que da la declaración; una venta se resta del mismo modo. Las rentabilidades diarias de esas posiciones se encadenan, cada posición se limita al 30 % de la cartera para que un tramo grande no acabe siendo todo el resultado, y el total se compara con el SPY en los mismos días. Hay tres cosas que no puede ver: las posiciones compradas antes de que empiece nuestro historial de precios de cinco años, si una venta cerró la posición o solo una parte, y cualquier activo del que no tengamos historial de precios. No se muestra nada para un político con menos de tres posiciones que podamos valorar. A un político sin operaciones divulgadas dentro del periodo se le marca «cartera a …»: la cifra es lo que hicieron sus últimas posiciones divulgadas, no una prueba de que las siga manteniendo. Cuando no hay ninguna cifra, la celda explica por qué: solo ventas, todas las posiciones cerradas, sin posiciones con precio, o menos de tres de ellas.
