Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities (which may include depositary receipts) of, or instruments (such as swap agreements or U.S.-listed ETFs) that provide exposure to, Korean companies with at least 50% of their revenues, profits, or assets attributable to Semiconductor Business (“Korean Semiconductor Companies”). It is non-diversified.
