Ether is a digital asset that is created and transmitted through the operations of the peer-to-peer “Ethereum Network,” a decentralized network of computers that operate on cryptographic protocols. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in “Ether-Linked Instruments. The fund is non-diversified.
