The fund is an actively managed ETF that under normal circumstances seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, which include borrowings for investment purposes, in domestic and foreign, common and preferred stocks and American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) and Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) of publicly listed companies that Tema ETFs LLC (the “Adviser”) determines are “Memory Companies.” It is non-diversified.
