Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any investment borrowings) in the securities that comprise the index. The Base index is a float adjusted market capitalization index designed to track the performance of securities in the index that comprise the Large Mid-cap segment of securities in countries which are designated as Emerging Markets.
