Robotaxis are autonomous vehicles (“AVs”) that provide mobility-as-a-service (“MaaS”). In seeking to achieve the fund’s investment objective, the Adviser constructs the portfolio pursuant to its own proprietary security selection methodology. The fund is non-diversified.
